"Passports" is our Kindergarten Enrichment program. This program is a high interest, high-involvement curriculum that covers a wide array of topics based on your child's interests and needs. Children will have an opportunity to participate in planning what they wish to learn, which will stimulate their interest in learning and seeing results. Passports is designed to meet the needs of students attending a 1/2 day kindergarten program or who have missed their local school district cut-off date for entrance to kindergarten. Students in this program must have completed one year of Pre-K before attending.
The Passports program makes learning an adventurous and exciting journey that is purposeful and child-centered with developmentally appropriate goals and objectives. Our curriculum gives children the time and opportunity to learn through play, exploration, curiosity, problem solving, and interaction with others. Our curriculum will include themes such as "Looking at the World", "Sound and Rhythm", "Architecture", "Tools" and "Communication", just to name a few. Your child will have the freedom to explore more in depth many areas of interest.
